Default WM vs mn: game 2

Is anyone watching this? WMs assassins are freaking amazing. They're using echoe'd shadow form, and also mimicrying it off of each other, allowing them to basically bypass base defenses, take down entire 5-man teams, and all without taking too much of a risk. WM is amazing.

Discuss.

It was good to see a guild like WM still holding it down. I honestly think that most of the other guilds participating in the play-offs have slipped a bit, after such a poor season. Te certainly doesn't seem to be on top of their game, neither does iQ.

The triple Shadow Form assassins were most amusing to watch, especially with how early they roffled both of mn's bodyguards.

I quite honestly think mn would have had a much better chance if they stuck with running SB/RI. That is the danger of running a single very narrow build all season, when you try to change it often does more harm than good.

Yea, shadow form was amazing. WM also had an amazing first game. Their teleporting gank team was simply amazing. WMs builds aren't the best in straight 8v8s, but I have to say that I think that WM is the best in maneuvering and splitting.

Any other recommened games? Watching iQ vs emt game one, it seems like at least those two built really defensively, as predicted. It was a good game, but it wasn't exactly fun to watch, so I'm wondering how many are like that game, and how many are like WM vs mn (which was an interesting match)?

Both WM vs mn games were good. I also liked game 1 and 3 of Evil (on the second game they got beat by triple smite >_<). Haven't watched enough to say much more.

war machine were champions before the first gwwc. they popularized the split tactic (via their 8 gale warrior split team). versatile. can adapt to situations. magnificent manipulation of the map and the gameplay.

and shadow form, arcane echo, arcane mimicry on assassins? that's out of the box.

they are godssssss!!111!!!.

Lol. We have used a Arcane Echo'd Shaddow form assn for ages in one of our builds. They can easily solo both bodyguards and still have a decent chance of getting out without dying (although safer to do it one at a time).

Yeah but the strenght of WMs bodyguards are... that they can survive even 6vs 2 situations, kill some archers, kill even 1 of the wars sent back.. and still walk out...

Those sins are really amazing... tbh my mouth dropped open when looking at the timer... We all new WM ran a double sin gank squad, but those guys are really to of the notch...

Owwww and recommend other games: I have seen iB fighting a triple smite build.. although severe pressure they could handle it so far the gimmicks (Druid isle match vs KGYU)

Arcane Mimicry, not Arcane Echo, is really the key to the way those assassins work. The ability to Mimicry Shadow Form for an extra copy means the difference between maintaining it for 40 seconds and 120 seconds.
